this is an amazing video by teenage director kiridavis for the media that matters film festival. there is a song titled, "black girl pain" by talibkweli which first opened my eyes to this struggle, but it is amazing to see actual young girls (& boys) be affected by the stereotypes of race. a small tribute to black history month...congrats kiri.
