i saw this at urban & thought, "i'm going to figure out how to make this." i think i have the flower part down, i just can't decide between ribbon or elastic & closure. hmmph. i'd like it to work for a variety of sizes. any ideas?

So cute! I think the ribbon might work best for a variety of sizes - plus you can tie it in a cute bow!
cute! and i totally do that-- i see something i like and think "i could make that." my mom does it, too, and it's sort-of our running joke! because we rarely actually make the things we say that about. :)
I say that all the time-- but then I never make it.
