and when it rains, we go shopping. i was able to resist the urge to buy, knowing that everything would have to travel with me for three weeks, but i have to say - there is some yummy stuff here in denmark. here are some of my highlights:

I think that memories and pictures are the best way to keep an experience with you, but about the not shopping because you have to take it with you for weeks of travel, just ship it! Mail it to the office and it will be waiting for you on your return!
